Another Good Day! 11/28/06

Great day today. Today is the second day in a row that Nathan has been able to sit in a chair for six hours. That is such an incredible accomplishment! He had his two sessions of PT today. He's working hard to get through it. He's anxious to come home. I thought I'd include a photo of the bed. Notice that it's empty! Yippie!

Here are some photos of Nathan working hard to come home.

This is Diana his therapist. She's been really great and she can take it from him as well as dish it out. She's been really good for him and keeps him moving forward.

See how good he is looking? He's getting better everyday. Still a ways to go, but at this rate he'll be there before we know it.

We are expecting some snow soon. Our days of 70 degrees and sunny appear to be over for a little while.

Hope you all are having a wonderful day. If you are in the Seattle area, be safe and stay warm. Love to you all, The Mellon's.

  • Glad to hear he is doing great and will be able to come home soon.Everything is fine here but the furnance went out have to call in the morning and get some one out here to fix it. It is kind a funny as Chris's went out last week and it took 4 days for someone to come out and fix it. Hope it dosen't take that long here. But we will be fine got the fire place in the basement and that will take the chill of. We can manage, were tough. Keep up the good work Nathan and hope to see you soon. Love you both Grandpa and Henrie.
